Dario Loison re-purposed his father's ancient recipe, enriching it with a selection of top quality ingredients. The soft dough is embellished with candied apricots and basil leaves, then topped with a crumbly sugar icing of sweet candied apricots which gives the loaf its unforgettable texture and flavor.
