From the Salento region, deep in the south of Puglia, their tomatoes are cultivated, hand picked, and marinated with herbs and spices. They are preserved in a blend of extra virgin olive oil and sunflower seed oil, ready to eat. Use them on bread, in a sauce or vegetable stir fry.
